The concept this time is “Valentine,” with newly drawn chibi character illustrations and a cute, sweets-inspired design. As an online lottery, you can join from your phone or PC, and your prizes are delivered later, making it easy to participate without visiting a store.
Each draw costs 770 yen (tax included). Shipping is a flat 550 yen (tax included) per purchase order nationwide.
